Tickets may be purchased online via a link to be activated in the near future. Midshipmen and “Midshipmen To Be” are Guests of NAPCCO. There is no cost for their attendance. Please email Maureen Marsico, President, NAPCCO at marsicopsu@aol.com the name of your current or soon to be Midshipman that will be attending the Hail & Farewell Celebration.
